Hatha Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise originating from India. It uses postures, breath control, meditation and stretches to bring flow and balance to your body, mind and spirit. There are many different forms of yoga in practice today. Our practitioners are well experienced in the many forms. If you are feeling out of sorts for any reason, come on in for a healing or take some time to visit the meditation classes. These meditation sessions strictly allow you to "be" and help you align with your higher self to encourage acknowledging your path/mission for this life. Meditation is a great way to let go and relax. More importantly meditation helps you go with in and discover your true self. It allows you to let go of what doesn't belong to you so you may identify the real you.
